Here is the math:
Originally the house measured 30 feet by 40 feet or 1,200 square feet
Now because of 2 of foam and 1 of stucco, the house measures 30½ feet by 40½ feet or 1,235.25 square feet
When the house was purchased, the owner paid $500 per square foot
By increasing the size by 35.25 square feet, the house increased in value by $17,325.00

This improvement paid for itself.

Of course the Original Roofing Contractor would not honor his warranty - claiming this work is NOT covered under warranty.

If this roof was graveled, it would not have needed such extensive work.

Gravel Foam Roofs may initially cost more, but in the long run (or maybe as short as 5 years), they will outperform and out last coated roofs.
