Its Foam COATED Roof went BAD.
Requiring a $25,000.00 Foam Tune-up.
Of course the Original Roofing Contractor would not honor his warranty - claiming this work is NOT covered under warranty.
If this roof was graveled, it would not have needed such extensive work.
Gravel Foam Roofs may initially cost more, but in the long run (or maybe as short as 5 years), they will outperform and out last coated roofs.
